The are made of a light material and probably won't be in your closet for 10 or 20 years the way blue jeans can. I would guess a pair can last 2 or 3 years from normal wear and tear. For example, I got an unsalvageable rip while sitting on the corner of a bed that had a non-flush **** sticking out.
Also you will need an accessory like a hip pouch to hold your stuff because the pockets are very small and lightweight. A hefty cell phone, wallet and keys in the pocket will barely fit and will cause the waistline to droop occasionally.
Overall, these pants prioritize comfort first, form second and function third. They may not be designed for the biggest possible US market, and that's fine by me.

I bought these for my boyfriend who is 6’4 I was a little scared they weren’t gonna fit. They fit perfect and still bunch on the bottom, which is what he wanted!
I don't think the men's and women's sizes are different. Nevertheless, these are gorgeous and comfortable, judt like all my other pairs!
I have always loved long patchwork hippie skirts (and my boyfriend loves me in them) so I was SO happy with my plus size skirts. An added bonus was that the random colors on the multi skirt are PERFECT for me.
Not satisfied cause I was hoping I could start wearing these for yoga and the material was horrible

extremely uncomfortable, ordered even a size larger than I thought to be safe, still uncomfortable. material is hard.
I really wish there was a plus size option. I'm only a few inches bigger, but it makes a difference, and this is such a beautiful skirt!
About as thin and see through as a hospital gown, would’ve been nice to know they’re not opaque
The pants I ordered were too long, but, Jade at Harem Pants couldn't have been any nicer. She located a pair of the same pants that she thought would work and even refunded me for the return shipping cost. FYI, the cotton fabric is fantastic.

I bought the bell anklet and I feel that I have a fairly average ankle diameter. It just doesn’t fit. Oh well, I suppose it will make a nice gift for a free and easy friend.
